I am going to purchase PVM wheels and need to locate a gsxr750 rear sprocket with the same dimentions as the one I currently run(42 tooth) is a gsxr750 42 tooth the same ratio as the on for the busa? I don't wanna sacrifice the performance...... any suggestions?

Not sure about PVM's. They were one of my top 2 choices. I will see if I cant find which sprocket you need.
Wheels going on what bike? What bike were the wheels for? Are they new or not?

OK, PVM's use stock Suzuki sprockets. If the wheels are from a 750 I believe a few years work and some will require dif or modified spacer.
Here is a short list of sprockets that will work.
Kawasaki:ZX600D:All
Kawasaki:ZX600E:All
Kawasaki:ZX750H1:1989
Kawasaki:VN800:All
Suzuki:GSXR750:1996
Suzuki:GSXR750:1997
Suzuki:TL1000S:All
Suzuki:TL1000R:All
Suzuki:GSXR1300:All

Could help more with additional info.

Info: This sprocket and wheels are going on a 2006 BUSA.. I am interested in maintaining the power that the 42 tooth sprocket has given me. Will I be able to get just a stock gsxr750 sprocket or will I have to order one? If so what size and tooth to maintain.....THE POWER! If anyone knows..I appreciate all the help!

Not all GSXR 750 sprockets are the same. If the wheels were made to go on a Busa. Cant go wrong, just get a Hayabusa 42 tooth.
If your going for a GSXR750 sprocket because of $$ savings. They 96-97 750 wheels have the same bolt spacing. If those wheels are from a different year, I dont know.

Where the rims made for another bike originaly?

The rims are new and fit a Busa...however I believe the company only makes these wheels for a gsxr....I emailed them and the said that the wheels will fit a busa but I need a gsxr 750 sprocket...I guess their must be some issues with the bolt patern!

I would warn against the PVM wheels. A friend of mine ordered them from EMA-USA with the full floating rear rotor, and the rotor bolt holes all seized up and he cannot get the sprocket off. Plus, Dan Kyle of Dan Kyle racing engines, highly suggested I stay away from them cause PVM has horrible customer service if anything goes bad. After these two instances, I bought the Marchesini's instead. Plus Marchesini has their own sprocket bolt pattern and there are TONS of sprocket options.
