I haven't seen the Utah State Police bikes, but the Oklahoma Highway Patrol uses them on their Hayabusas.

Check eBay or keep an eye open on here...from time to time guys sell 'em...you may have to get 'em painted to match your bike, so in the end, it will likely be pricey no matter which route you go...

I've heard nothing but great things about 'em. I wouldn't mind having 'em for longer trips, but yeah, the price kind of keeps 'em on the long wish list

Oh, Not Utah state, Oklahoma. your right.
I just email Corbin to ask if it will fit on my custom Busa set up. i sent them pix to get a better idea. They would look wild wrapped around my big behind, dont cha think?

PS, ive had the 330 on for just under two weeks and i have 1,400 miles on it. and 4 days were in some sort of rain here in CT. love it!

(chrisarrington @ Jun. 22 2007,23:30) what is that sticking out behind the rear tire in that first pic?
I think that bike is local here in Lakeland. If it's the same one, there is some sort of screen back there, sometimes you see the tag, other times you don't. I don't really remember. He did have some neat stuff on it. He's the moto-lean guy.

I was real close to buying the Corbin Beetle bags and then I saw a bike with them on it. They don't give you much room and are not easy to take on/off. You have to leave hardware on the bike and I didn't like that idea. For the price, they are just not worth it IMHO. I got a set of expandable Cortech bags that come on/off in less then 2 minutes and can be carried into a hotel room for less than $100.00 brand new. I can put four times the stuff in one Cortech bag then you can in both of the Corbins combined at 1/16th the cost and 200 times more convenience. I have their seats on my busa and nothing I have tried compares in that regard. I also bought the backrest with the attached glovebox and that is already falling apart. For some brilliant reason, the Engineers at Corbin figured it would be ok to have the fibreglass glovebox attach to the backrest with screws at an angle that a stubby can't get at and to top it all off, the screws have not got the length to reach the threads in the backrest! So after riding a few thousand miles, the glovebox has stripped out the threads in the back rest and won't stay attached anymore. There is a sweet $400.00 down the drain. Corbin makes great seats though!

Thanks, I just ordered the Cortech saddle bags. i'll post pix when i install them.
I had them on my '05 Busa and sold them here when i totaled out that bike.

I just got the Cortech saddle bags and not really sure how these are gonna be with the fat rear end?
i tried placing them far to the back like normal and didn't work well as they blocked my directional lights. tried putting them in the middle which is shown in these pix. i fit on ok and can get my legs around them to reach the pegs, passenger can reach as well but knees hit the rear of the bags a bit.
