Where does this go?

It fell off the left side when I removed the Fairing.

Can anyone tell me where it goes?

I'm having trouble getting the Pics to post but

It's about 1.5" long 1" wide/ tall Rectangle with a slot grooved out of it with

44541-24FO on it.

I'll keep working on the pics

That looks like the bushing that goes on the underside edge of the tank.

looks the the piece that goes in between the frame and the gas tank.

here are some pics

It clips onto the bottom of your fuel tank.  You have one on each side and it keeps the tank off of the frame.

The lip of the tank fits in the cut-out.  You will also see a mark on the frame where it's been sitting.

OEM parts, find your bike, look at the fuel tank microfiche and #18 is shown there.

I thought your first pic was a hand shadow of Bart Simpson, but no. It's one of the two bushings. I know because I lost mine from the left side too.

I"d say its obvious where to stick it... about 2 inches from the rear of the tank is where its closest. stick it there.
