06 that idles @ 1200, i know they say 1150? but i can't stand it that hi! I got a PDF manual i guess is for the older models! It shows a knob by the oil fill on R-side but i don't have that. Any word from you who know?? Thanks for the time if so.

It is under the gas tank behind the throttle cable on the right side of the bike. It sticks straight out parallel with the ground and if you turn it down too low the bike will idle rough.

Remove gas tank head bolts.
Remove front seat bolt.
Remove front seat.
Prop Tank-up.
Idle srcew is located on the front brake side on throttle assembly.
Hope this helps.

Also, if you turn it down too low, it will stall all the time.

Keep it at 1,200.

Thanks, I guess it will stay @ 1200. Too lazy to go thru all that seat/tank stuff! The older models made it easy, cost cutting i guess? Sorry to hear of the seemed to be seasoned posters/riders that have had mishaps lately. Hope all is well! bike can be replaced but man does it make you sick to see the damage too these. Makes you want to get the ins policy updated!!! Thanks All.....
