which galfer brakes to use

so my question is.... galfer FD156G1370 hh vs FD156G1375 HH they say the 1370 is the same minus the 1370 doesnt have a ceramic coated backing plate but yet you can get the ceramic coated version full set of front and rear for about $30 cheaper..... is it really worth paying more not to have it?
