which gears to get undercut?

well my bike is popping out of second gear again.
which gears need to be undercut if not all?
i guess you just send them the gears by themselves, i am just going to buy some new ones and get them done up.

mine wasn't popping out, just slipping in 2nd. I'm sending mine to Fast by Gast for a Pro cut. $299
