which goes where? ???

well, when i took the bike apart was in a hurry, so i didn't take notes of which bolt goes where. i thought it would be easy..but... it isn't after all :/

at least i had seperated the bolts from each part in groups (eg, upper cowl, tail, etc)

HOWEVER i came across many bolts of many different lengths.
i checked the manual and i can't find some pictures, eg, inside of the upper cowl and in the ones i found eg of the tail, i can't make out which bolt is which. i also checked www.royanayers.com which has some 'fiche' pics, where i see where differents bolts go, however, still can't make their lenght. what can i do? any pics online?

i started putting any bolt, wherever it fits. i built some parts and put ANY size bolt that came into my mind and fitted. dunno if this could cause any trouble though. plus, i have left some metal roundy things that go under some bolts (what's their name?) although i put everything in place... and a rubber. :/

any help appreciated...

post to download the manual... Someone will allow you to download the shop manual for the bike and that has all the pics in it with screws...

The metal roundy things are spacers, and you definately need them! They are there to tighten the bolt against. Without them you will be tightening the bolt against the rubber bushing and the plastic fairings and this will lead to cracking.

If you leave them off of the grab bar, it will no longer be properly rubber mounted (even with the bushings in place) and vibrate excessivly.
