Wide band AFR installation

Hi,
I need your help guys especially on electrical side
I have never installed AEM air fuel ratio on any vehicle
This instruction came with it :

What do you need to know? I haven't installed one on a bike but I have on cars.

My only recommendation is to find a decent welder that won't make a mess of the bung installation. Not that I would know...

My bike is a gen 3 hayabusa that has ct megaphone in it with wide band o2 bung already
I want to wire it to switch power auxiliary that is my main problem
and I'm wondering if I need a relay or connecting directly is safe

You want it on an "ignition on" circuit. And wonder if it draws enough amperage to warrant a relay? I would say no, but I'm usually wrong...

No relay needed for that thing. I think boost by smith makes a little harness that plugs into the pigtail in the tail to provide an easy means of power. @smithabusa has what ya need.

Is that a 240 Turbo????? My uncle when I was a kid had a 242 Turbo in that amazing blue (2 door 240) and a silver 240 Turbo wagon. I looooove old Volvo 240's!

There's a plug in the tail that Boost By Smith and a few others make a wired plug that will give you your switched power and a ground.
