will a t25 turbo work?

I am getting ready to snag a t25 turbo.. brand new for $250 it's actually a whole tuner kit brand new with intercooler... etc.. jsut missing the manifolds...

Is this something I can run on my busa or do I just need to buy a car to put this one?

Before I get squashed on this, my plan was to buy a turbo header, whack the flange of of it, and weld a t25 flange onto it.. Then pipe the other part to the intake..

so considering a guy can do all his own fab, can machine or have the flanges waterjet cut... Is this a doable project?
I've never turbo'd anything... what else do I need to adress beside stuffing air into the motor?

Buy a set of headers from Richard (RCC),have him put a flange on and get his intake as well,make up an up pipe,weld on a waste gate and go have some fun!

Which t25?
You need to make big changes to your fuel system for pressure and volume.regulator type, maybe injectors depending how you plan the regulator type
engine management .
