Window size

Normally when I am surfing from a page that I want to come back to, I right click on the link and then select open in a new window. It use to open to a full screen window and now it opens in a 1/4 size. How do I change and what do I need to change to get it to open in a full size window???

Windows is kinda odd like that. Whenever you close internet explorer, it will save the size and location of the window (only if its the last IE window you have open). It will use this size and position for each window that is opened from then on until the last one is closed again. Basically, to fix it, close all you windows but 1. Make if fullscreen then close it. And to keep it like that, make sure your window is always fullscreen when you close IE for the last time.

The PC's at work (gov't) must have a special program. I tried that, and it still doesn't help. Thanks anyway.

Netscape at home always works fine though.
