Xenon light KIT on GEN2 BUSA?Do we need it?

Well im almost ready to get the GEN2 busa in the next few days,and im wondering what aftermarket accessories have you guys got on her??

im intersted in putting XENON light kit on the new busa as i did on the GEN1 busa,does it take the same H7 kit?
What else is a must??

anyone put the XENON kit on the new busa.what are the factory/stock lights like?

The low beam is still the 55-watt H7, the high beam is the 65-watt H9 bulb. Both are made by Philips (Germany), and are excellent bulbs.

Still, I plan on using the bike in several 24-hour competitive Endurance rallies this year, so I installed the McCullough 4300K HID in the low beam already, and am awaiting the H-9 based 4300K bulb to arrive so I can finish up the high beam.

Do you need them? Actually, probably not, if you are just doing casual riding at night. The K8 low-beam reflector housing is highly refined, and throws out an excellent beamcast just with the 55-watt H-7 bulb. The high-beam projector housing also appears to throw an outstanding beamcast.

Still, you can't have too much light if night-riding in heavy deer country....
