I emailed and asked what the Vin was as well as a reason for selling, here is the response:

Hello there,
First of all I want to thank you for your interest in my 2004
Suzuki GSX1300R HAYABUSA. I'm glad that you choose to contact me regarding
your willingness to purchase. My wife was recently promoted so we had to move
in Sweden.I listed the bike as from USA because the website didn't let me to
use my country. We brought the bike with us in Stockholm ,Sweden, wanting to
register it here, but I couldn't because in order to get it registered here
it will need serious engine modifications to comply with the EU emission
standards. The bike is purchased from US and is made for US market. So that
is why I prefer to sell it quick now and get rid of it while I still can,
because time is running and I can't keep it like that, there is a deadline
term when I must pay the import tax,so I can't afford to lose time and I
prefer to make some money while I still can.The bike is like new,
completely working, low miles, 2004 model, with 3 years EXTENDED,
INTERNATIONAL and TRANSFERABLE warranty, which will be honored at any dealer
in your country. It is US model with US specs and passed the US test
emissions. All the manuals and the original documentation are written in
eight languages. The title is clear and you will register it in your state.
It will come with all the papers (warranty, insurance etc. ...).The
payment is fully refundable, if for any reason you do not accept the
bike or if it has scratches, hidden defects, or it is not as advertised. I
will even pay for the shipping back to my location if you reject it ..the
bike is a beauty so I am positive it will not get to
this.

Just emailed him back asking for more pics and if a wire transfer would be good... We will see...

He never listed the VIN either...or did you leave it out for confidentiality?

Finally got an email back but he does not address all questions at the same time.

Says the Vin # is JS1GW71A542104209

Says the bike is in Sweden but look in the upper right of the picture, does not look swedish to me.

I could be wrong but I asked if a wire transfer was good and got no reply to the question. Ebay did pull the auction...

Is a nice looking bike though.

If it is your pic but a different person, would be nice to know, I can give you the email...
