Yosh RS-3 with yos box settings ?

My Yosh RS3 just came in and I will be installing it this week. I remember a few months back someone doing testing with the Yosh EFI box ? Does anyone remember what settings or which post or who that was ??

Yosh recommends +5L +5M +5H, I seem to remember somone mentioning that the stock system was already to rich.
