Is there any way to identify a pair of Yoshimura camshafts, i.e. stage 1, 2, etc?

Measure the base circle
Measure the peak lobe. Do math
Will be a bit off from spec card but you should be able to tell which is which

Will do that today thanks. Honestly I didn't think of doing that but makes perfect sense
