yoshimura full exhaust

I have an 2008 busa with a full exhaust yoshi. rs3 .I took the silencer out but i put it back in but it back fire now what should i do

Not sure that one has to do w/ the other? I'd find it strange that removing and then replacing the baffle would have anything to do w/ it "backfiring"

The ECU might need a few miles to relearn the set up.

I have been riding it like that for a month and it still back fire when i get off the throttle will it mess the bike up

It's not a good thing, but I don't know about messing the bike up. You need to get it checked out.

can i take off the yosh. muffler and put on one of those autozone tail pipes
