I am hoping to buy the above cans from ebay. Do I need to do anything to my bike or can I just bolt them on and go ?

Also what should I be paying for a second hand good condition set ?

Looking forward to your help as always.

not sure about price, but they will just bolt right on. And, no need to dyno, since you won't see much (if ANY) HP increase.

BTW - what "above" cans?

No need to Dyno. Just bolt them on and go. Might want to remove the PAIR valve if she starts popping / backfiring.

Pair valve - what's this and is it difficult also how loud are these cans compared to standard. Over here in England the police do not take too kindly to loud cans as they are not legal here...

Pair valve is emissions thingy located on engine block behind headers. I am not sure if you have one in Europe though.

Yoshi cans will be a little louder and deeper sounding. Very cool sound. I don't think they are too loud.

Could you elaborate on the removal of the pair valve. I installed the yoshis 6 months ago, now it backfires on the decel.

Thanks!

Check out this link TG....lots of pair mod info.

I had a set of the Yoshi Bolt ons, and they are not much louder than stock. The pair mod isn't that hard, although I had my tuner remove mine. You will need the block off plates though. You won't need to go to a dyno, though I just had a full Yosh system and a custom map and it's as smooth as silk!!

It will most definetely backfire. I have the RS3 full race exhaust and when rolling off the throttle, a back fire sometimes occurred. I removed the PAIR and the backfiring went away and the bike runs smoother...
