Yoshimura TRS Tri-Ovals

Can anyone tell me what the rivit is for that came with my Yoshimuras? I installed a set of slip-on stainless TRS Tri-Ovals on my Gen 2. Also how do I remove the baffles? By the way, the Tri-ovals sound the same as the stock ones, gained a little more power too. Looks good though
