i think that guy has been using the papers he loves so much (RIZLA makes rollin papers...for tabacco products ) to smoke something besides cigarettes.
That is the fugliest/weirdest Busa I've ever seen...n there is a pink one in my city rollin on chrome with a Grey Gator-skin seat n metallic silver graffix, so I've seen some silly Busas. This takes the cake!
