Your input appreciated

Charles, stay away from any aerosol fix a flat stuff, just get a plug kit and a small compressor, the can stuff is corrosive and explosive. They make compressors small enough to carry or mount onboard. And congrats to you and yours.:)

the 16g co2 bottles add only 3psi a pop on my 22x11x9 ATV tires so you will need alot of them but they are small and light and can get you out of a jam. We have used the MSR style to pop a tire back on a rim, actually about 12 cartridges and some fancy holding by 4 guys on one tire, but we got our buddy back on the trail.

I have the plug kit, but now I need some compressed air or CO2 to inflate the tire until I can reach a gas station.

They make compressors small enough to put in the hump?

How many bottles does it take to fill the rear enough to get up to 30 miles.

Ba Busa only had 3 or 4 bottles to fill a rear up enough. But I don't know what size cans he had or what brand( I PM'd him ).

Sure they will, they are the same thing you buy for BB guns, their only about 3"long and 3/4" in diameter. Like I said though not sure what it will take to fill a Busa Tire? My raptor probally holds alot more volume then a Rear 190/50-ZR-17. So 4-5 might be enough to get you out of a tight spot???

For $9 you can have your very own tire compressor with a few simple modz. This is what I have and packs nicely into the rear compartment.

For easy access to both tires I made an extension cord that is permanetly plugged onto the battery.

Dont forget to pack a tire plug kit along with your mini compressor !

Heres my jerry rigged mini  heavy duty walmart tire  compressor (largest model) along with a photo of the extension plug I made which is also used to connect my battery tender for extended downtime.

Charles I'm not sure if the one I have is the Motopump, but it is that style. It takes three cartridges to fill a 190/50 and is very easy to use. I would recommend that type or a on board compressor

A ten pack of cartridges is about the size on two cigarette packages.

hears what I carry and sell at the shop, very nice little unit and uses the battery tender plug also

I went to Wally World and bought a plug kit by Bell and the cartridges. It's small and fits nicely in the hump.
