So, yesterday we volunteer at a local bicycle event.  3,000 plus riders going to Corpus Christi.  All I kept hearing them talk about was pickle juice.  So, here you go...

Btw. I don’t drink them. Water or other during my runs.
Strangest thing to me, that I have seen is. 1/8 wedges of raw potatoes covered in salt ????

I get the salt. But raw potatoes process so slowly thru the digestive system. From a 3/4 on in a event that isn’t 2-3 hours longer useless.
BUT. I also realize how HUGE mental is….so if it works
 
All funny until you read about what's going on in Springfield, OH with the evacuations of schools and medical facilities because of bomb threats.
Think about how much stress that's causing.
