OK This does not look or do this impress me as much as the abusa, or the busa owner gust had to have the bike that made it first to the 190MPH stock production motocycle.

All else is just trying !! ( But not the first )

This was for the kawa guys ( there still may be hope for them ) so Busa owners lets injoy & not make fun of them just because there dream bike has not made it yet..

Better luck next YR..

Just got my November issue of Motor Cyclist, front cover is a lime green ZX12R.

No riding test yet, no official word on hp yet.........but here is what they reported:

180-183 crank hp
476 lbs. dry
Exhaust will have catalyst just before muffler.
Gear driven counterbalancer.
EFI - 46mm throttle bodies.
Bore & stroke 83.0 x 55.4mm
Cast pistons in electroplated aluminum bores.

The bike looks ok, reminds me of a grown up ZX-9, but I'll stick with the Busa.

If those Motorcyclist numbers are true we have to take action. We must sue the shiny green pants off Kawasaki for all the mental anguish us GSXR1300 owners will surely endure when we come to grips with the fact that we no longer own the fastest production motorcycle in the world.

The R1 guys may join us in the suit because they are being hit by a double whammy - first the busa and then the kwaka. They used up all their ugly jokes and fat jokes on the busa, nothing left for the kwaka.

I propose we sell our busa T-shirts to busa wannabees at a high markup to raise money for the suit. A lot of you guys will bitch about contributing to the legal fund because you need every penny to purchase your ZX12, but that's to be expected.

But, if Motorcyclist is dead wrong we can use the money to have an Internet Party (we go visit booze sites, drug sites, porn sites, etc.). Of course we have to watch our backs for Ural and maybe Norton.

Sherm, sorry my deposit on the first Y2K Ural is mine. It has been ordered with the Jerry Garcia tribute paint job, sort of a tie dye look and there is no pukegreen on it.

Fip down your shield if you are going to talk like that, you could catch some sand by accident.

A 473 pound 1200cc bike, in a beautiful shade of green. No it will be the Ural with the twin turbo sidecar fo me. My sister was last seen in an Ural Party tent, still better than on the back of a ZX12r! :)
