ZX12 shipments delayed

Hi guys, this is my first posting
have been watching this forum for
a while and have picked up alot of
good information and advise. I
have had my Cooper Busa for about
6 months and all I can say is WOW
what a bike! Having sold my ZX11D
and 93 Vmax after buying the Busa
(they just sit in the garage) I
was interested in the ZX12R. I got
a call from my dealer today and it
seems the 12 has been delayed
another 4 to 6 weeks due to some
serious frame problems, he even
said he might have to give back
deposits. I would have liked to
seen this bike a realality would
have enjoyed the competition.
Anybody else here anything like
this?

My dealer told me that there were big problems too! It isn't a frame problem though. He says that they shipped all the 12s via international UPS and that UPS "misplaced" them.

Don't worry though, as soon as Kawasaki files a claim they will be delivered to the dealers all smashed up in little boxes in about a month or so.

Hey I told Kawasaki to use FedUps instead!

What's FedUps? That's when FedEx and UPS merge :)

You need to get up to speed with the new propaganda from Kawasaki marketing. The correct slogan for the ZX-12 can be found below.

"Oh my god! Is in the details"

I am still trying to figure out why people are wrininging their hands over delays? My dealer said late March early April six months ago.

The high terminal speeds of the ZX12 as witnessed by LaBusa Turbo Tim were assisted from Fed Ex cargo planes.

Why did the ZX12 cross the road?

IT'S OFFICIAL !!!!

FedEx has been replacing their strakes (winglets) on all their DC-10 engine cowlings with the new and more aerodynamic ZX-12 type.
This has caused a shortage of these parts at the Kawasaki factory and hense the dealy of these motorcycles. :)
