We went down on the bike. Two cars blocked both sides of the road after a blind curve because they missed a turn. Only place to go was the gap between them and the car i hit moved into the gap so we tboned him!! And i hit him in his rear quarter panel with part of his ass end still over the yellow line

So how is that your fault?
They were not in a parking spot - were they?

because in NC i didnt slow down enough to not hit a blocked roadway...
