On the right pic, to the right side, there is a plastic cage inside the pump body, spray so WD40 in there then pull this out, it can be a bit sticky but persevere, it will come out, the o-ring seal can be quite tight, on the end is the inlet screen which is the coarse filter. I used my spring puller to good effect here.
If you move the the left of the same pic, the other half of the pump body contains the fine filter and pressure regulator screen. More WD40 then grab the H shaped part with some pipe grips, gently rock from side to side, this will free the o-ring seal and will pop the cover out.
When re-assembling the pump, these o-rings will be swelled from contact with petrol, you can reuse them carefully, make sure you lubricate them before reassembling otherwise it's very easy to pinch them. If you're using new items it will be easier but a bit of lube is still needed.
Unless you're having the injectors cleaned or you think you have flow issues, leave the injectors. They do have a fine filter which can clog but this sedement should be caught by the fine fuel filter, mike bike has covered 45000 and theses screens were clean. I checked them and sprayed them with card cleaner then blew them dry just to be sure, again use lube on the o-rings.
