My bike

IMG_0700.jpeg

My bike is currently with Dennis Clanton in Alabama getting the Maxxecu installed along with the Scott Davis intercooler setup. He’s already removed the stock wiring harness and rewired the entire bike. Once done I’m getting a pump 93 tune and a c16 tune. He sent me two pictures. One is after his wiring and one how I sent it to him. (He put a pig in my wiring picture).

What's the gold wrapping for?

It’s DEI gold tape. It keeps heat from getting to parts. I use a lot of it. I like gold.

Right now she’s probably only making a bit over 215hp. It’s just too cold to ride it with any power. Won’t get into the 60’s regularly for at least another month. I hate the cold. I want to move down south.
What all did you put the tape on. I'm getting a 1441 kit and looking for any way to keep things cool

Wrote down everything I can think of that is on the bike currently.

Did I buy a set of mirrors from you some time back?

Well after 5-6 more shakedown runs I think I finally have everything done. Fixed a couple leaks, couple things vibrated loose. Changed gearing to 19/40 and found my rear axle was loose. Not finger tight but it could have been an issue if it wasn’t caught. After all that I am ready to ride. It’s 74 degrees today so I’m doing some riding.
Hi. That is great
Now get some riding in and have fun.

Great day riding. Had it on boost level 2, so maybe around 250hp. Still getting used to the boost coming in. The bike just comes alive. It’s incredible.

Got to play with the brakes a bit too. My setup is Brembo 19 RCS master, Core Moto lines, and 09-16 GSXR Brembo’s. An amazing increase in stopping ability. I really used to have to get on the brakes to slow after a high speed run. It really struggled. This current setup however is a million times better. Almost did an endo by accident when I really grabbed them.

So everything seems to be squared away and working as it should. Gas mileage is in gallons per mile but it is so worth it.
