02 Busa Will not Start--Help!!

im assuming you got that voltage (11.41dc) while hitting the starter button coming out of the relay also? also check voltage and ground physically at the starter. im assuming the starter is grounded off the motor but i have no clue and only had mine long enough to change the oil 1 time
