08-09 rear shock fitment on 05???

Would this work?? I dont want to shell out $400 plus for a new rear shock if I can pick one of these up for about $100.....are they superior???

Bolt on and I understand the valving is better. The forks are much better on the Gen II bike, but that is not a bolt on.

where can you get them for $100? its time for mine to be done. starting to sag in the back end
