1/8th mile oops today

Mine are dented all the way into the "Y". Dunno if they can be fixed. Might be worth trying to fix though.
How much does it cost to get in at the track? How much to TNT? How often do they run?

Sorry for the late reply. My internet went down Friday morning and is still not up yet! I'm on my work comp right now.
In the video, you bogged badly. That really hurts your mph and time. Also looks like you hit the throttle a little early before the clutch engages(rpm spikes to 7000 or so). Also looking at at least one of your data logs, you opened the throttle up good then almost shut it off then got back into it? I'm having to go from memory here as i don't have the logs opened up right now. I'll try to print them out and compare and give ya a better idea.
Looks like your runs were pretty consistant and getting better with each pass?(did'nt look to see if the slips were in order though).

Looking at the video again, it looks like you held your launch rpm just under 4000rpm? Your rpm jumped up to about 7500rpm before the clutch was let go and then the rpm dropped down to around 3000rpm. I would guess that you got into the throttle too soon and then initially let the clutch out too much AND/OR you backed out of the throttle.
Was the pass in the video logged? If so, which one?
You also need to run less fuel. Fuel weighs around 8lbs per gallon. Will be slightly less wheelie prone with less fuel. Not a big difference, but every little bit helps...

No prob. Looking back I don't believe that video pass was logged. I tried remembering to log all my passes but there was one run where oil was layed down on the track and i shut off, forgot to punch record after starting back up. Then once where some dude dumped dirt out from under his f350 at the line and once again forgot to punch record after the turning the bike off. Anyways.... I was having trouble bogging that night. I was leaving my rpm at best i can remember around 3800-4000 on the tach and focusing more on my throttle hand. I worked on getting a little more and more aggressive with the throttle but it appears I neglected my clutch hand a little too much. I remember one pass where i had the throttle pinned right as the tree went past my shoulder. However, it looks like my timing on my right and left hand are off. I must be getting better at wot but then messing it up by just dumping the clutch right before that, thus bogging like hell. Its hard to remember exactly how everything happens, or for me it is anyway. Glad I have some logs to help some. Trying to make a pass by running on foot behind my bike must still have me a little timid, lol. They are running this coming Friday again so I'll be out there if I don't have to work.
