Relatively speaking, I haven't been on here very long. But I've grown to love hangin' out here on h.org. When i'm away from my 'puter for any length of time, I get withdrawals. I'm sure many of you know what I mean!
This board is the epitome of what I think a board on the internet should be: A group of friends willing to help each other with whatever they have available. All the way from advice on a relationship to how to pick the best peaches in the produce section of the local market.
Not to mention the occasional thread on how to change your oil or fish out those dang plastic rivet thingies!
It's relaxing to be here and fun to see what people are doing on the boards and in their lives.
Captain, keep up the great work. I love hangin' out here and there's little if anything I'd do to change what you have here.

Doug, thanks for the timeline of how the org came to be...I've only gathered bits and pieces over my years here...it's good to see just how far things have come...
I'd pretty much be lost without this site, without the familiar faces and names I now call friends, the unbelievable support I witness here every day for those that need help, encouragement, prayers, whatever...it's family here. Most of my friends and family understand exactly what I'm saying when I mention "THE BOARD" and they know I'm involved with a huge community of riders
I routinely recommend friends join here because it's a great place.
I've done things I didn't think I'd ever do since joining here, like riding a Busa.
The list of members I've met and ridden with is long...the list of members I've spoken to and never met is long...the help I've received on everything from problems with my Busa to losing loved ones and just knowing people here care...it's a great site, a million more posts to come (half will be heavybusa's) and congrats to Doug for sticking through all the good and the bad...

I have only been around for a few years, but this is a great site. Thanks to Cap, I know how hard it can be to run a site like this.
Doug, I would also like to thank you for this great site. I have made so many wonderful friends on the org. it would be hard to express my appreciation. Meeting you and the Mrs. at the meet n greet was great. I'm sure I can speak for all that attended, we were so pleased that you would honor us by coming, and blown away at your efforts to make it a special event by providing food, drink and merchandise for EVERYONE who attended. I hope we can make the meet n greet an annual event. Thanks again for your hard work and dedication to make this the best site going!

thanks doug and every one else especialy all those who i have spoke to over the years... and people who have sent me $ to keep my newborn with food and clothing last year... I love you guys
