Then again, she could be considered a safety feature - put her on the back of any bike at night and the headlights glaring off that thing would make lack of visibility a non-issue...

I realy liked the Katana 1100's (early 80's and 90's). The 750 wasn't too bad either. The 600 was never nice. I heard once that either Freddie Spencer or Eddie Lawson rode a bone stock Katana 600 in a race and came within 2 seconds on the track record (for the time) at Willow Springs! It's all about who is riding the bike!

I had a '91 750 Kat. I loved it. It was listed as only .1 sec slower in the 1/4 as the 1100. 100 lbs lighter too.

I guess we all don't need an electric windshield

Not, not making fun of Katanas... er, just 600cc Katanas. Just kidding! They are a BARGIN in the sportbike world, they just have a bad rap. Most of them end up looking like the one in pic #1, which is no fair to the bike.

I do think you have a great suggestion though.... how about some pictures of you and your bike! I'd much rather see that!
