Hitting a deer- you both lose.(Cblast @ Jul. 15 2007,00:54) It is so hard to roll off that throttle. I usually wait until about four in the am. I set my alarm for 0330, grab a quick cup of Java, and roll out. Up here in Alaska, the traffic is non existent at that time and I can have a little fun. Just gotta watch out for the meese (that is mooses).
(Shibumi @ Jul. 15 2007,07:51) I'm thinking hitting a moose- you lose...
then he gets up pissed and comes back to stomp your azz for hitting him!!
Qutoed for truth. I was crusing enjoying the view (Nice water here in Tampa area) feel like i was doing 7o and im doing 110. lol. it was sooooo smooth, already got her up to 130 and it did it with hesitating. lol.(BusaBret @ Jul. 15 2007,10:06) Just wait till you roll into it and you think I am doing 140. Then you look down and your doing 160+. I have taken mine to the limit twice and it was just smooth as silk. The bike is so stable and smooth at speed that it gives you a false sense of security. Be safe and pick your place and times to go fast wisely!
Amen(dadofthree @ Jul. 14 2007,22:16) Just be safe out there guys.
The LEO
Was that Dave or Cindy?(Dave&Cindy @ Jul. 16 2007,16:35) When I got my busa 2 years ago it was the fastest street bike, or car for thar matter, I had ever sat on, but if you guys think your busa's are fast put a small stage 1 turbo on it gives you about 100 more horsepower over stock, on pump gas and it will adjust your attitude real fast. BE SAFE GO FAST
