Not sure how many were maid in the US in 02 but you might be able to call Suzuki NA and see if they will tell you. They claim to have made 140 Black LE in 2003 but I looked/called everywhere for confirmation and could never get an answer. There are a few minor changes but I can post pics of my old 2003 Black (Canadian) imported to the US BUSA...

I have a 2003 limited edition here in Canada. Super clean. Just picked it up for a rider so I can build a new motor for the orange turbo bike behind it.
