Windscreen, some of the cheaper stuff doesn't always fit great you can probably mark where the hole should be in the windscreen and open it up a little.

The paint could be buffed out as long as it is not through the clear coat.

If the deep scratches are through the clear you will have to use touch up paint if having the piece repainted is not an option.

Yes the exhaust is costing you some ponies but will not hurt anything.

Vid is working, at least for me.

You should be able to buff out most of those scratches. It's amazing what a little polishing compound and some elbow grease can do! You can do it by hand with some Meguiar's Ultimate Compound or similar polishing compound and a soft terry cloth. Just work small areas (4"X4" is good) in a small circular pattern. If you use power tools be careful not to overwork the area and burn the paint. And be careful around edges and creases as it's easy to go right through the paint.

Any deep scratches where it's down to the plastic may need to be filled with body filler and/or sanded smooth and then painted. ColorRite.com sells OEM color paints in small quantities. Some have reported that the color didn't match while others say it's perfect, I think the results has a lot to do with proper application.

:welcome: needs a little TLC but you got a heck of a deal. Don't worry about the scratches if you are going to paint it anyways. Also be careful what you tell your friend to do next time Looks like he listens to you  Looks like he didn't cut the header pipe so you can still put slipons on there. You pretty much got a blank sheet of paper in front of you I say get some crayons and go to work on it
