i wouldnt kick it out of bed 
when you don't restrict yourself to the 186mph it's not to hard to be considered the fastest. As far as most powerful... I guess that just depends how you define powerful.
I like their CNC design of the engine cradle/frame and the hub steering. Everything else is just kinda thrown in. Look at the square tube front and rear sub frame. At least in the second pic the front subframe looks like a CF monoque. For all that cash you get a plywood seat, non adjustable rear set, old brake system, and an old ducati engine.
