It's about a 30 min round trip from the Phillips for beer. You might need to refuel if your going for the hard stuff.

Exactly how far is it for the hard stuff?

THere is a liquor store in andrews which is only about 15-20miles away. You can also get a limited selection of beer at the gas station there also.




hooken and I are in room 204 also.... not sure on arrival day.... will likely be 18th 19th at the latest.

Hmm, I be following Vracer, Like last year..

If we can SOMEHOW have a Little ORGanization (lol) and have a time like 10:00am that the picture shot will happen, Im down with that. But when you stand around waiting for everybody for 2 hrs (example) thats 2 hrs or ride time TAKEN away... just my 2 cents. I think 2007 the pics were awesome and it seem like we took a group shot and everybody went on there way, not so much the last few years, alot of waiting around and weather had something to do with that to one Year, Changed from shots at the Dam to Shots at the School.

Don't waste your time. They don't wake up anyways..

I take Rayabusa's method of organization... "follow me, I know where we are going" helmet on, kickstand up, and vroom.. he's gone. Leaving the rest of us going "are we supposed to be following him??"

Set a time (after 10AM) to meet. kickstands up at that time.. NO EXCUSES. It's pretty simple.

I'll be on the DR or the R6.. and anyone who is up for a ride is welcome to follow me around.. I don't ride fast.. but I do go on long rides..

And if I'm on the DR, there is a good possibility that water, dirt, and rocks may be involved.
