240 kit issue

Hey gents, new to the group.

I have an 09 busa with a 240 kit setup. Lately my rear tire is doing a pop noise or a click. I replaced the front and rear sprocket, thinking the chain was trying to pop into place, but I'm still hearing the noise. I was told today to check my bearings and cush sleeve. Based off this pic of the rear rim, can anyone take a guess at what might be an issue here? Thanks in advance.

Could be the chain is worn out? How old is it?

Chain looks dry as , a non o ring too by the looks , inside the rollers could be very dry .

Is the chain straight?
As in, is that gap between the cush drive/sprocket hub and the wheel normal on that application?
Could something be preventing the hub from fully seating, and the noise is from a misaligned chain?
