300 Avon FAT swing arm

I have purchased a 300 Avon tire, RC Marschal 10.5" rim and huge jack shafted swing arm and im now customizing it and installing it on a '05 Hayabusa.im taking pictures of every step.

I got the kit from C+S customs and purchased the 10" over swing arm "raw", thats in the unfinished aluminum finish. This was to save money and i like to customize it my own way. The tire is a Avon Venom 300. the extended brake line, larger sprocket and RC Marshal 10.5" rim were also added to this order. The bike is a '05 3 months old with 8,600 miles on it allready! its been a hoot burning off the original 190 rear tire with 60+ foot smoke shows. I have allready glass beaded the swing arm and now its getting clear powder coating. this finish will more closly match the stock frames aluminum look. ive been taking pictures of everything and as soon as i figure out how to add pix to this board i will.

next problem is figuring whats the best way to have the exhaust snake around the wide swing arm. i checked out many brands of pipes and think ill have a local custom shop make some mandral bends on some stainless tube and keep the stock mufflers for now. cash is a bit tight now and will upgrade the exhaust next season... hopefully. Anyone have any experence with working a exhaust system around a wide swing arm?

The huge tire conversion is not yet finished. you are seeing it as far as it is right now. The swing arm was just under $2,000 the rim was $1,200. The kick stand will be on ebay soon! LOL

190 original tire next to the new Avon 300. its realy hard to tell how enormous this thing is until you see it in person! The problem we are now having is figuring out the exhaust configuration. more pictures will soon follow.
