Thanks everyone for the props! I love this mount, especially for $33! I like my triple, especially the black.

I paid $250 for it from Spencer's and a week later it went on special for alot cheaper.

Wish I wouldve seen that on ebay last month....I ended up buying a Sportbikecamera.com mount for $90. I can use my tank bag with the base on/camera off, and I can adjust the viewing angle.....whooptie fricken do. I'd just bolt that mount down, grab the forward bar and bend it up slightly to center the video on the screen itself, maybe catch only the top of the cluster. Nice find in all.

great video I R-but I have to say I will never be doing video on my bike.
I get into triple digits every time I ride, n with my luck (and previous drivin record) the second I mount a camera n go for a spin, Johnny Law will be waiting to catch the highlight reel...and since there's no way I could ever allow that (since 35+ here is felony charge) I would then be forced to rip off my beautiful digital HDD camera and throw it in the weeds...not something I care to do.

I think camera mounts are cool for nice cruising vids thru some scenic backdrops, but for tearin-it-up stuff, I would never take pics-evidence is evidence; unless you can get access to some deserted roads, there's always that chance of getn caught...and caught with footage like that will be the end of riding season, and the beginning of a jail sentence.
