GOOD FOR YOU! I'm really trying, but not having much luck. I quit for 7 years--then one night over beers I lite one up--now I'm hooked again! Talk about kicking my own A$$!

Congrats!!!! Twotonevert and I quit within a few days of each other in Dec. 07, and with the help and support of each other, and our org. brothers and sisters, we were able to kick it cold turkey. Me after smoking for over 40 years. Within two months I had an annual checkup at my Dr., and he said my breathing was almost back to normal! Keep it up man, I'm proud of you.

super duper! i smoked for 10 years so you've made a tremendous turn around. the hardest part for me was when i had a beer. used to it now.

of course i now smoke cigars!
