The way I see it, I might go to the Dragon once a year, maybe twice if I'm lucky. I can afford one ticket a year, particularly if the chances of getting one are fairly slim. Four cops vs 400 bikers. Plus, I'm a lawyer, so I'm not scared to call the court clerk and play the "I can't get a ticket" card in an attempt to get it reduced to a non-moving violation or something.
(It worked in KY once.)
