This Friday afternoon I rode about 200 miles south from where I live in Washington down to Oregon to visit with GoldenChild the owner of Cloud Nine Motorsports. The ride was great and I got some twisty stuff in by avoiding I5 as much as possible. I arrived fairly late and want to thank Daniel and his girlfriend for their fantastic hospitality and the great time we had. I think my stomach still hurts from laughing so hard at "Doc"! Saturday morning we took the bike over to the Cloud Nine shop and started work on Evelyn. the first thing we did was remove the Akro Carbon can and cut that sucker about in half. The Evo can in Carbon fiber is nice but it is also very long and really very quiet. Daniel did a truly excellent job of chopping the can down and re-riveting the titanium band that holds the can together. After re-installing the can we installed a Vortex 42 tooth rear sprocket, and fired up the Dyno. I must say that although I have had a dyno tune done in the past with tuning link software and a dynojet 250i, it is pretty hard to replace the old fashioned knowhow and attention to detail that an experienced engine builder and tuner brings to the table. Daniel did an amazing job with tuning of the bike and made sure that it was done right and that nothing was missed and the tune was to my absolute satisfaction. The bike is now amazingly smooth and incredible torque in the midrange is now much easier to lay down. The difference in usable power is huge! The tope end rush now truly must be felt to be beleived. Over 90 ft.lbs. of torque from 5500 rpm to 10000 rpm with a peak of 101.6

Horsepower finished up at 170.7 with 170 hp showing from 9000 rpm all the way to redline!

I also must say that Daniels shop was fantastic with a nice showroom, but the best part I thought was the size of the work area and not just the # of cool bikes he was working on but the stock on hand of exotic carbon fiber parts to race motors to full sets of Busa bodywork already painted in custom paint schemes! If anybody needs anything done to their Busa I would strongly suggest giving Daniel an opportunity. The work that he did cutting down my muffler was first rate and the improved sound is freakin amazing! It also looks like a lot of trick GP style pipes that are becoming more popular. Daniel was an absolute proffessional and a gentleman. Cloud Nine Motorsports is an absolutely first rate operation. Here are the Pics of the before and after of the muffler, the dyno run, and few of Daniel working on my bike and the shop area. Thank you for all of the hard work and the perfectionest level of attention to detail Daniel. People can reach Daniel by PM to Goldenchild here on the Org or cloudninemotorsports@verizon.net.

Let me just say that his prices are great. What he asked me to pay him at the end of the day for all of his work was much too low! And all of the work done was top notch!

Well dangit, the dyno sheet did not post properly and when it opens it is tiny. Sorry about that. I can not fix it because for some reason I do not have permission to edit my own post, go figure.

Thanks Bud! Riding it is becoming like a drug! The sound with the chopped cans is awesome! It really woke that pipe up. The motor stomps everywhere, Daniel rode it and just came back laughing.

I am in the full throes of an obsession with this bike.
