Since I know some of the guys at my Dealer read this Site, I just wanna thank the Guys at Ramsey Suzuki of Ramsey NJ For 2nd to None Top Notch service.

Service Mgr. Greg H. for his Know how & Expert wrench hand. Thanks guys for getting my Bike back BETTER Than New.

You can tell a great service Dept. by the amount of Suzuki service awards on the Wall,,this place is Full of them.

Anyone who's dealer/service Dept. Sucks !!,,if you're in the Tri-state area..it's worth taking your bike here for service..you won't regret it.

FC you're lucky to have a dealer with Zookawards on the wall.

The only stuff my dealer has on the wall is dried spitballs.

Needless to say I have no trust in these people's service capabilities even though they're the largest motorcycle dealership in Canada.

I buy bikes, parts ands accessories there, period. They've got excellent selection and they give me great prices. I just have to stifle in those other departments when it comes to their service capabilities.

I know I'm not your dealer, but thank you. Many of your customers do thanks us at work; and it sure makes you feel good about the job I do. Hope more customers like yourself do the same. For the ones that don't feel like they EARNED IT . find a dealer or service departmant that does.

In a way I feel guilty I didn't buy My Busa at Ramsey Suzuki. (They were out of 99's) And even though I didn't..they still took care of me During my spill and repairs & needs after. Even took care of All the recall work & Fuel screens.

Where I did buy my Bike,,I wouldn't Chew Gum in their service Dept. A bunch of monkey's working in there.

Needless to say,,2000 PBA Cards for the guys At Ramsey Suzuki.

Don't believe everything on the wall, if the service manager quits and moves on the awards still hang.

Now some snowmobile jockey moves in because he married the owners daughter and doesn't know jack about bikes takes over, you might get ____ed.

Oh yeah, same guy can't be bothered to call SUZUKI on the SB 108 and 109, because you told him you heard about it here at the .ORG.

GSX1300GUY do you agree?

It's just as scarey as when the parts guy who never heard of a GS motor, then askes you again what year that GSXR of your's is.

Sorry Kaw. you got a bad one also. I have to admit we had 4 service managers in the past 5 years but the techs are still there. and the customers KNOW we have an open shop policy(if you don't like the service manager talk to the tech. or owner they have been there from 1969.)main item is its your money use it.

I've posted this elsewhere but for OEM Suzuki parts I use Apache (ads in Cycle News). My dealer makes me wait too and I get almost TWICE as much for the $ from Apache.

I have the sinking feeling that my dealer is also KawAbusers. They bitched to me at recall service that I didn't leave enough gas in it when I dropped it off. DUH!

Man I want gas tanks empty when I work on them. Easier to move around. It sound like you do have a shitty dealer. Come to me and I fix it right. On a Busa you only half a day away anywhere in the U.S.

Well, I bought my Busa at Bellevue Suzuki Ducati in Bellevue, Washington. I figured that if they worked on Ducs then they ought to at least be experienced! But after waiting 6 hours for the 600 mile oil and filter change I haven't been back. To be fair they may have been having a bad day and they were down on staff, but I did schedule the appointment. Since then I have been going to Aurora Suzuki in Seattle and I have been happy with them-despite finding an error in the fuel pump reassembly after the recall work. If I buy another Zook then it will probably be there. Bottom line is if you have the skills then it is better to do the work yourself. If you don't then you can totally screw up what was a good engine and make a mess that the dealer will have to fix for big bucks! I can do the stuff like fuel pump, etc., but major engine work is still for the shop. I don't have the tools or experience to deal with a four cylinder. I can tear down my thumper but it's a simple engine.
