I never had a problem with my Busa either. This one will have its first b-day soon and narry a one! I did have one of those "kickstand" issues, but I caught it before it hit. I didn't know I could press 474 or whatever the offical weight is.

I just had the first (and only) false 5-6 neutral. I don't like how it idles but I guess is 'normal'.

Other than my 5th to 6th gear problem which was probably more due to my lack of busa savvy than anything else, I'm problem free with the 2000 at 800 miles so far. Of course I played hell with my mapping but that has nothing to do with the bike.

One problem to report. It' that false shift between 5 to 6th gear. Found it twice in the past 9 months. By the way, black is faster!!!!! Oh, front end shimmy, but that was a bad front tire.
