Yeah but one has to wonder if those are "little horses"<g>. Motorhead?????? Where are you???

Well you need to E mail him back Peterpan and tell him that he needs to do more research on the price of what he is offering.Everything that A-tech sells needs a price reduction-Come on,a Carbon Airbox for $650.00?!?Hell I can buy a set of Yosh cams and the ports cleaned up for that much.

The boys across the pond must be conscious to the US buck, got an E back this morning from one Hiroyuki Tanabe advising me that their site was "updated". I'll save ya the trouble, they now actually state 10-20 HP increase. Hey Motorhead I'll split the cost with ya an you dyno it and look it over before you send it back, (if it doesn't make the HP)...(or on to me if it does)<smile>

i foud only like 1.8 hp more with no box at all compared to my box on my 99.and this was with the tank fully opened.so i'm very skeptical at this point.i would love for such an answer to the hp we need.but without altering the fuel tank i do not see alot happening as far as power is concerned.i think we would need suplemental intakes to flow more air also.like removing the turn signals and usin them to bring more air into the motor.

I'm with motorhead, can't really rationalize that kind of HP, as for the E address it is on the site. The guys name was Hirouki Tanabe. Good luck if you get one. Look good but who can see it under the tank etc. (Guess you'll know it's there)<smile>

$20 buck donation from me to the first guy that buys this box and dynos it to verify the hp claims........... come on guys lets get to the bottom of this hp claim bull and tear them a new hole if it doesn't live up to it!

Nice piece Jeff. Although I am not a big fan of the dual curcle headlights. :(

Is that the one from CycleStuff?? The A-Tech one still uses the stock shaped headlight.

I am with you on the carbon fiber stuff!! I am addicted to it. My mountainbike is loaded with it, and the 'Busa is next!! ;)

I agree the A-Tech stuff is a bit overpriced, but their s h i t is top notch quality, no mucking around with it, or drilling your own holes to mount. Direct bolt-on replacements.

I don't care for the carbon/kevlar look too much, but the full carbon body with my Custom Carbon Dymags....damn, getting a woody just thinking about it!! :)

I am experimenting with a blue tinted clear coat for those body parts. Bought some carbon fiber sheets to experiment with and get the right tint of blue. I'll post pic's on my site as I go along.

BTW, I changed servers due to some problems over the weekend. The new URL is:
