I gave him a used helmet about 5 months ago......but I did not even want to open up that can of worms and seem greedy.

But honestly, If I could, I would buy the kid a new helmet. His first helmet was stolen off his bike in a parking lot somewhere.....I can't remember the details....

so I gave him a used old helmet that I was not using anymore.
