I have seen guys with Gen 2 vortex rear sets. You need to modify the shift lever or rod, I can’t remember, but they’ll work.

You should be able to reverse pattern any of them.

The QS unit needs to be flipped as well

Some of the well know brands are starting to offer them for the gen3s, including Sato. They make quality stuff and I run their shift arm combined with Driven racing rearsets on my gen2.
