Advice needed - Small crack in front wheel!

i would guess the rim was bent......then was pressed out. like when you crash and bend a lever or shift or brake lever....its cool until you try to straighten it, then it cracks.

all used bikes should be considered "previously crashed"...until proven otherwise.
