Air box runner lengths?

I was going to do this but after further research and talking with Quasar (board member-awesome MAPS) the best results were with all long stacks.

It wasn't much but some. To each his own as some would disagree.

err,how bout ram seals n air scoops by schnitz racing? good or bad idea? any healthy  gains??

once again..left to the pros..no idea.

Would think they would offer a slight gain at higher speeds do to the "ram air" effect. Several people use them.

Most modern high performance cars are comming with air path vlvs., in the intake system, for just this reason. Low RPM torque, and High RPM HP. short cycling, and lenghtening air flow for performance. These are ECU controlled, and the bike world is not far behind. I'd stay with the stock setup for streetable power.
