Oh, it wasn't my gun. An old friend of mine bought who knows what remake of the AK and who knows what brand of magazine. (Gun show discount mags.) For the Zombie apocalypse, I opted for the Saiga 12 Semiauto shotgun with a 20 round drum.

Well ita decided then. I have a friend that has a olympic arms ar15 he is selling me for $450. I know its not a top of the line but ive shot it, boys shot it and we both like it. ill do a lil work on it to make it as good as it can be then go from there. The reason its so cheap is my friend tried to duracoat it himself and we will just say it didnt turn out quite as good as the pictures he showed me on the internet. So im gonna strip it down and media blast all the paint off and get it back to its original black. Ill post pics of what it looks like when I get home

All ya really need is the lower reciever, the rest is just begging to be modded, changed, swap and messed with. Get some pics up please, kinda like to see the DIY coating and deff not joke about it

I think ill just keep it mostly stock. I will put new gas rings, maybe some military spec parts once I do some more research.
