Ok guys sorry to bump this thread from so long ago, but I am having a hard time getting my bottom bolt loose. What is the trick cause the head is so short the socket and wrenches keep slipping off. Yes I have the rite size and no the are not too long. I try to undo the nut side and it all just keeps turning!PLEASE HELP

nice write up but when i did mine i didnt remove the rear wheel...and its easier to use a flor jack under the exhaust(X) to unload the suspension then it is to use a ratchet strap

but you got the job done

Try an impact wrench, socket didn't work for me either.

wtf why isnt this pinned omg i so needed this i finished the soupy's install but this would have made my 2 hour long job much easier im sad now....
